Customer Service Apprentice (East Belfast)

Would you like to develop a sound set of skills and gain a recognised qualification to assist you with building a solid career future?  Do you want to earn a salary while you learn and enhance the skills required to build a career in an exciting industry?

It is a 1 year qualification, and the apprenticeship will provide you with funding for the qualification, as well as paid employment.  The qualification will be based upon external providers attending the workplace to support you through the qualification, as well as working approximately 21–30 hours per week within the business.  Successful candidates will also receive in-house guidance and support to help them to develop their knowledge and understanding of the industry and to grow their own base of skills.
